It is used for premixed glassfiber-reinforced cement (GRC) and reinforced gypsum, properties refer to Alkali resistant roving.
(1) Chopped length: 6mm, 12mm, 18mm, 24mm, the other size can be consulted by both supply and demand parties.
(2) Type: Pre-mixed and water-dispered
Premixed chopped strand: has excellent properties with alkali resistance, stiffness, bundle-state, ageing-proof. Mixed 20 minutes in cement at 50 rpm, can still keep good bundle-state, will not dispersed to filaments.
Water-dispersed strand: Applied with water-dispersed size, the strand will disperse well to filaments in water in 10 seconds, and also disperse fast, appliance amount less, enlarge strength, can be used for surface crack-proof of glassfiber-reinforced cement products.
(3)Packing method: packed in paper bag, 20kg per bag. 40bags a pallet.
Net weight: 800kg, 20pallets in a 20 feet container, net weight about 16 tons.
Also can be packed per customer's request.
